PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We also accept Paypal. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed your purchase through checkout. We take your payment security very seriously so be assured that your details are safe with us.
SHIPPING
Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, we only provide domestic shipping in US.
What are your shipping methods?
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Normally, it takes between 2-3 business days to process and ship the orders with standard shipping. And all orders typically arrive in 4-8 business days (Excluding holidays and weekends). Your shipping cost will be calculated during checkout. We do our best to ensure all orders to be delivered in a timely manner. Please note that shipping may take longer during the holidays.
Do you ship to PO Box address or APO address?
We ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes with USPS service. Please note that the delivery time to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes may take longer than standard ground shipping.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We will send a confirmation E-mail to your account associated E-mail once the order is submitted successfully. And you will also receive a shipping E-mail with tracking information when your order is shipped out. Please allow 48-72 business hours for the tracking number to activate.
What do I do if I do not have my package but the tracking says it was delivered?
If the tracking information for your package says delivered and you have not received it, please contact the local courier to check it first. If the order has not been found, please email our customer service and we will assist you as soon as possible.
What can I do if I receive incorrect or damaged order?
If you are sent by incorrect or damaged merchandise, please contact our customer service with your order number and pictures of the received items as well as the code on the tag of the items you received. We will try our best to sort this out.
Please note that loose or excess threads and irregular prints are not considered faults as these are often natural results of the manufacturing process. Actual colors may vary because of the difference in screen resolution, which could not be considered as faulty of the merchandise.
