Personal Sales Support

UPPERLETIC will assign a dedicated sales support personal to assist you in your entire purchase process from product selection, payment, delivering and after sale support.

UPPERLETIC offer returns for store credit refund within 30 days of delivery.
The returned items must satisfy our return requirements:
·Items must be returned within 30 days of delivered date.
·Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
·Item must have all tags, including any original hangtags, attached.
·Swimsuits cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, due to hygiene concerns.
·Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
·Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store credit can be used as cash in your purchase. It can only be used at madisonbrandnyc.com and cannot be transferred or converted back to cash.

Wholesale Discount

You will enjoy two types of wholesale discount: Order discount, and Volume Discount.

Wholesale discount are applied in addition to any existing discount offered on the UPPERLETIC website.
